AI CFO is a financial intelligence platform operated by Aprecity Consultants LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). The service is accessible at app.aprecitycfo.com. Aprecity Consultants LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States of America.
By using AI CFO you (“you”, “your”, “user”) agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
AI CFO is an AI-powered financial analysis tool that allows you to upload financial documents (PDFs, spreadsheets, CSV files) and receive AI-generated insights, reports, and analysis. The service includes:

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
Free Trial — New accounts receive a free trial with limited usage (3 document uploads, 25 AI chat messages per day, 3 PDF exports). No credit card is required to start a trial.
Growth Plan — Full access is available at $197/month, billed monthly via Stripe. The plan renews automatically unless cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You agree to use AI CFO only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Important: AI CFO provides AI-generated financial analysis and insights for informational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes professional financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. You should always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the output of this service.
AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The quality of analysis depends on the quality and completeness of the documents you upload. You are responsible for verifying any figures or conclusions before acting on them.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to AI CFO. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your financial documents to train AI models. Uploaded documents are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing — see our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
You can delete your documents at any time from within the application. On account deletion, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
AI CFO requires you to provide your own Anthropic (Claude) API key to use the AI features. Your API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored and is never returned to the browser or shared with third parties. You are responsible for the security of your own API key and for any usage charges incurred through your Anthropic account.
The AI CFO platform, including its design, software, and brand, is owned by Aprecity Consultants LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
AI-generated outputs (reports, analysis, commentary) produced from your data are yours to use for your own business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprecity Consultants LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use AI CFO.
AI CFO is a platform — not an AI provider. You supply your own Anthropic (Claude) API key and use it to process your own financial documents. Aprecity Consultants LLC provides the interface and tooling only. Accordingly, Aprecity Consultants LLC is not liable for: (a) the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated analysis or report; (b) any financial decisions made based on AI outputs; (c) any charges, overages, or service issues arising from your Anthropic account; or (d) any data loss or breach at the third-party AI provider level.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprecity Consultants LLC’s total aggregate liability for any claim directly related to platform access or billing shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
We aim to keep AI CFO available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service.
On termination, your access will end and your data will be scheduled for deletion per our data retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
